As an experienced executive in the automotive industry, I have built my career on driving operational excellence, procurement strategy, and business expansion. In my role as General Manager at POLYTEC, I was responsible for leading a complex painting & assembly plant with an annual turnover in excess of £20 million. I've also established a new manufacturing site seeing it through fit out to customer approval driving additional revenue in 2025.
As the Head of Procurement I have been responsible for the full end to end sourcing process. Including successful delivery of multi million pound customer projects, Capex and MRO spend.
With my background spanning small businesses to major automotive OEMs such as JLR along with Tier 1 suppliers, I bring a well-rounded perspective on performance-driven leadership and strategic growth.
I am passionate about working with diverse teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Throughout my career, I have focused on optimizing operations, enhancing supplier and customer relationships, and developing high-performing teams.
Under my leadership, I have achieved a 100% On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery rate, reduced staff turnover, and gained recognition from Jaguar Land Rover, where I was invited to deliver a keynote on our turnaround & quality strategy.
Beyond business performance, I am passionate about sustainability, leading initiatives toward a Net Zero target by 2035, increasing recyclability, and improving corporate social responsibility.
With a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and strategic sourcing, I have successfully delivered cost-saving initiatives and successfully navigated industry challenges, including Brexit disruptions and semiconductor shortages.
